Hello. I'm very sorry that your experience was not a good one. Your complaint is quite vague and difficult to address without specific details of the incident or incidents that left you with these impressions. However, I would like to assure you that we take professionalism very seriously in our organization. All of our staff have a formal job description and within every job description contains the following:
"Every member of the team at First Response Glass must be committed to:
SAFETY - every job, all the time, no exceptions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - outstanding, personal, hassle free; we are upbeat, friendly and nice to be around.
WORKMANSHIP - the highest quality.
TEAMWORK - we help each other out, respect each other; we are upbeat, friendly and nice to be around.
